Joe Castro is an amazing Barber who has been cutting for over 9 years and has loyal customers who continue to come to him after all these years. It's hard to trust a man especially with your hair, we know. We share a lot of laughs and talk about our lives growing up and National City legends like the ostrich. Joe is used to being a weirdo and he embraces it, his dad embraced it as well and provide a good model for Joe to be himself.
